See every check of the public register: who checked whom, from where, why, and what they were told.
What you will learn

Employers, hospitals and other councils check professionals on the public register, either by number or by scanning the QR code on a certificate or ID card. Each check is recorded here. Foreign shows checks from abroad, Local shows checks from Ghana, and Verification records shows all of them.

Step by step
- In the left menu, under Verification, choose Foreign, Local or Verification records.
- Search by number, name or organisation.
- Narrow the list with Any result, Any purpose and the from and to dates.
- Read each row: When, Checked (the number and the professional), Checked by, From, Purpose and Result.
What you will see
- The figures All checks, From Ghana, From abroad and Found valid.
- Checks by month, Results and Top checkers.
- Results: Valid, Expired, Suspended, Revoked, Not found and Not genuine (a certificate or card whose signature didn’t match). “QR scan” after the purpose means the person scanned a document.
