For programme nominees, facility representatives, institution indexing coordinators and accreditation reviewers who sign in to the partner area.
This course is for people outside the Allied Health Professional Council who help with accreditation and indexing. The Council’s Accreditation and Indexing Unit gives you access, and you sign in at portal.ahpcghana.com. Start with Sign in to the partner area, then take the lessons for your role: nominees and facility representatives (accreditation), coordinators (indexing) or reviewers (scoring and visit mode).

Sign in to the partner area
Sign in with the email and one-time password the Council sent you, change your password, and see what access you have.

Start an accreditation application
Start your institution’s programme accreditation (or your facility’s accreditation), new or renewal, and choose your zonal office.

Upload the documents and submit
Upload each document on the checklist, use the blank forms, and submit the application to your zonal office.

Follow your application to the decision
See where your application is, fix and resubmit a returned one, pay the invoice and read the decision.

Coordinators: your students for indexing
See your institution’s students at each step of indexing and find the ones waiting for your check.

Coordinators: check and approve a student
Check that the student is yours and that their details and documents are right, then approve, return or reject.

Reviewers: score the visitation form and send your report
Open an application you were chosen for, score every line of the visitation form, write your report and send it.

Visit mode: get ready before the visit
Open visit mode on your phone and save the visit on it while you have internet, so it works on site with no network.

Record your arrival, score each line, take stamped photos, collect signatures and record when you leave, all with no network.

Visit mode: send when back online and finish the report
Make sure everything from the visit has gone to the Council, then write and send your report.
