All the unit’s work is in one group of the left menu, Accreditation and Indexing Unit. The group folds up; the one that holds the page you are on opens by itself.

Accreditation is now split in two. Programme accreditation is for training institutions that run programmes. Facility accreditation is for hospitals, laboratories and clinics that take interns. Each has its own list, its own checklist of documents and its own visitation form.

Step by step

In the left menu, press Accreditation and Indexing Unit to open it.
Read the small grey section names. Each one holds a part of the work:
- Programme accreditation: Programmes and Programme reports.
- Facility accreditation: Facilities and Facility reports.
- Access and forms: Access (sign-ins for people outside head office), Checklists & visitation forms and the Accreditation register.
- Indexing: Indexing summary, Upload & access, Verification desks, WAEC & final approval and Indexing reports.
- CPD: CPD review, CPD dashboard, Attendance & association lists, Waivers and CPD opportunities.
- Internship: Placements, Logbook, Induction records, Completed internships, Preceptors, Logbook files and Reports.
- Zonal office: Accreditation documents and Indexing verification, for zonal officers.

What you will see

Every page has a one-line description under its title that says what the page is for.
You only see the menu items your role allows. A zonal officer sees the Zonal office section and not the rest of the unit’s work.
