The question box understands the words used on the dashboard: professions, regions, districts, zonal offices, registration types, good standing, PINs, CPD, exams, revenue and periods such as “last year” or “next month”. It only reads the register; it never changes anything.

Step by step

Open the Registration dashboard. The question box is at the top, starting Ask in plain English.
Type your question, for example Revenue from renewals in 2025 by region, and press Ask (or Enter).
Read the answer. The small labels under it show how the portal read your question (for example the profession, region and period). Check they are what you meant.
Press the button beside the answer to open the matching dashboard tab or list, with the filters already set.
Press Excel or PDF to download the answer.
Press Recent to see your recent questions (press one to ask it again, or Clear to empty the list) and some questions to try under Try asking.

What you will see
