Step by step

Open the Professionals by region report (see Where above).
Pick a Profession to see one profession only, or leave it on All.
Press a column heading, such as Total or PIN valid, to sort the regions.
Download with Excel or PDF.

What you will see

For each region: Total, Indexed, Provisional, Temporary, Permanent, Suspended / struck off and PIN valid.
